Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using any services offered by Maria J. Campbell.
Health & Safety
Do not attend in-person sessions if you have symptoms such as fever, chills, cough, sore throat, stuffy nose, body aches, nausea, or vomiting.
For virtual sessions, ensure that your environment is safe and comfortable.
Scheduling & Availability
Clients are responsible for scheduling their own sessions.
Availability varies throughout the year. Sessions can be booked up to 8 weeks in advance, with a booking cut-off 36 hours prior to the appointment time.
To secure your preferred times and avoid forfeiting unused package sessions, it is recommended to book all package sessions at the time of purchase. Availability may change, and unscheduled sessions risk being forfeited by the package expiration date.
Cancellation Policy & Validity Period
Cancellation: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Package sessions canceled without 48 hours' notice will be forfeited.
Drop-in sessions canceled without 48 hours' notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice it will be considered a no-show and your session will be canceled without the possibility of rescheduling and you will be charged in full.
Package Validity: Each package has a validity period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will expire and be forfeited.
Refunds: All drop-in sessions and packages are non-refundable, regardless of whether all sessions in a package are used.
Illness, Weather, & Preferences
If you're unwell, unable to travel, or simply prefer a virtual session after booking in-person, text "Virtual please. (Your name)." to (902) 940-0008 to receive a Zoom link by email before your session begins. No explanation is required, but please provide notice as early as possible.
Participation & Risk
Sessions may include physical activities (e.g., stretching, self-myofascial release, movement, breathwork), mindfulness practices, and discussions about thoughts, feelings, and lifestyle as part of a holistic approach to vocal coaching.
Clear communication is essential. If you experience any discomfort during a session, please inform the instructor immediately for adjustments.
Participation is entirely at the client’s own risk.
Rates & Payment
Rates and offers are subject to change. Clients are responsible for the cost of any additional materials, such as sheet music.
Payment Methods:
Packages: Credit cards are charged at the time of package purchase.
Drop-In Sessions: Credit card information is collected during booking and charges are processed 48 hours before the session.
Acknowledgment & Consent
You may discontinue any session activity or discussion at any time, and you are encouraged to communicate any concerns, boundaries, access needs, or preferences.
The services provided are educational and are not a substitute for medical care or professional advice.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the termination of the current lesson and/or future lessons.
By checking the box, you confirm that you are either 18 years of age or older and that you agree to and accept the Terms outlined above, or that you are the parent/legal guardian of the session participant and agree to and accept the Terms on their behalf.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to book or use Maria J. Campbell services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and services.
